After School Club Social Story

Rebound After School Sports Club

Rebound club is offered to all pupils in Years 1-6. Each child gets a 6 week block throughout the academic year if parents request a place. Pupils enjoy time on the large trampoline on a 1:1 with our qualified rebound therapist working through the grades of Rebound Therapy.

They also have time in the immersive learning room dancing, time on the sensory gym equipment plus opportunities to practice ball skills on the playground.

Hi, just wanted to send across our feedback regarding rebound after school club. Archie has clearly absolutely loved this opportunity! It’s been so lovely to see the videos that Jaydan has shared weekly of his engagement and just how much he is enjoying this. I think it’s brilliant that you have provided this opportunity as the community really lacks things for our children to engage in and school is such a safe, familiar environment for him to be in and have his needs met so I feel engaging in this here has allowed Archie to better engage also. I would be more than happy for Archie to engage in this and or other opportunities for after school provision in the future as it is a real gap for working families but also he needs specific targeted provision which again are not largely available. Thanks again, you all do an amazing job every day.

Rebound sessions... Firstly I thought Taylon wouldn't gain or be interested in taking part due to it being out of routine for him... But as always Taylon blew us away with how much he took to them and enjoyed rebound sessions, he absolutely loves them, his speech has come on so much and he has developed a cheeky side to him too... which we love to see at home. The staff and school have been amazing throughout, thank you so much for giving Taylon the chance to join the Rebound sessions... So if there are any parents worried or wondering if rebound is for their child my advice is..... ABSOLUTELY!
